Un espace pour ralentir, observer et étudier la posture avec attention, plutôt que de la traverser trop vite.

Au lieu d’enchaîner de nombreuses formes, nous nous concentrons sur un seul asana à la fois, afin de l’explorer en profondeur.

Ce cours n’a rien d’une recherche de dépassement physique ni d’une quête de postures plus complexes. Il invite plutôt à comprendre comment et pourquoi une posture fonctionne, et comment l’alignement, la respiration et la présence transforment la pratique de l’intérieur.

Au fil de la séance, nous explorons :

• L’alignement structurel et les principes fonctionnels
• La manière dont la respiration soutient la stabilité et l’aisance dans la posture
• Les habitudes et compensations fréquentes dans la pratique de l’asana
• La différence entre faire une posture et l’habiter

Avec le temps, cette retraite suit un parcours progressif à travers les postures essentielles du Hatha Yoga. Chaque séance s’appuie sur la précédente, aidant les pratiquants à développer force, mobilité et compréhension plus fine du corps.

Ici, l’asana est abordé tel qu’il a traditionnellement été compris :
une pratique d’observation, de clarté et de présence — et non de performance.

Ce cours convient particulièrement aux pratiquants qui souhaitent affiner leur pratique et mieux saisir l’intelligence du Hatha Yoga.

Comprendre l’intelligence de l’asana

Asana Clinic is a space to slow down and study posture, rather than move quickly through it.

Instead of practicing many poses, we focus on one asana at a time, exploring it in depth.

This class is not about pushing physical limits or achieving more complex shapes. It is about understanding how and why a posture works, and how alignment, breath, and awareness transform the experience of practice from the inside.

During the session we explore:

• structural alignment and functional principles
• how breath supports stability and ease
• common habits and compensations in asana
• the difference between doing a pose and inhabiting it

Over time, the Asana Clinic follows a progressive journey through essential Hatha Yoga postures. Each class builds on the previous ones, helping practitioners develop strength, mobility, and a deeper understanding of the body.

Asana is approached here as it has traditionally been understood:
a practice of observation, clarity, and presence — not performance.
